Privacy

We collect the information you give us (name, email, shipping address and order history) and basic analytics about how the site is used.

Your bag is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to us until you check out.

To fulfil orders, answer your messages and, if you have subscribed, send occasional updates. We do not sell personal data.

To exercise your rights, write to team@thekhoj.co.

khoj_consent: necessary. Remembers your cookie choice for six months. Set only when you make a choice.

_ga and _ga_*: analytics, Google Analytics 4. Set only if you accept; used to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Expire after two years. Without your consent Google Analytics runs cookieless and stores nothing on your device.

_fbp and _fbc: advertising, Meta Pixel. Set only if you accept; used to measure which Instagram and Facebook ads lead to visits and orders. Expire after 90 days. With your consent we also send the same product, bag and checkout events from our server to Meta (Conversions API), together with your IP address, browser and, if you are signed in, your email and phone number as one-way SHA-256 hashes.

Checkout runs on Shopify at our checkout domain; Shopify and its Google and Meta apps record the order there under Shopify's privacy policy.

khoj_shopify_y and khoj_shopify_s: analytics, Shopify. Set only if you accept; random visitor and session IDs that let Shopify count store visits and link them to checkout. Expire after one year and 30 minutes of inactivity.

Your bag and dismissed notices are kept in your browser's local storage, not cookies, and never leave your device.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookies” in the footer.
