KHOJ is a brand of The Housing of Clothing Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U46410KA2026PTC226675). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company, and "you" refers to anyone using our website or app or buying from us.

By using the site or app, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18, or using the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in codes secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. International orders may attract customs duties payable by the recipient.

We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but colour can differ between screens, and hand-dyed and hand-woven pieces vary from one to the next.

Despite our care, errors in price, description or availability can occur. If we find one after you order, we will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it; the order confirmation email only confirms we have received it.

All orders are subject to availability. Limited pieces are not restocked; if a piece sells out before your order is accepted we will refund you in full.

Checkout is hosted by Shopify and payments are processed by our payment partners, such as Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.

We may limit quantities per customer and may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are placed for resale, or breach these terms.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, and returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds by our Return and refund policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Discount codes, early access and founding-member offers are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time. Each offer is subject to its own stated conditions.

The KHOJ name and logo, and all designs, prints, photographs, film, text and code on our site and app, belong to The Housing of Clothing Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site or app: no scraping, automated ordering, attempts to bypass security or queues, interference with other users, or uploading unlawful or harmful content (including through the virtual try-on).

Our site and app rely on third parties such as Shopify, payment gateways, Shiprocket and its couriers, and Google. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

We provide the site and app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here on the date of your order applies to that order.
