Shipping policy

Orders within India are shipped through Shiprocket, which assigns the best available courier (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees or Ekart) for your PIN code.

You can check delivery to your PIN code on any product page before ordering.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our studio within 2–4 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During launches and limited drops, dispatch may take up to 7 working days. We will email you if your order is delayed beyond that.

Most of India: 2–6 working days after dispatch.

Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the North-East, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep: 5–8 working days after dispatch.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festivals and local restrictions can cause delays outside our control.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India.

Cash on delivery, where offered, is shown at checkout with any applicable fee. COD is not available on every PIN code or order value.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.

Please do not accept a parcel that looks opened, tampered with or badly damaged. Refuse it and write to us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We recommend recording a short unboxing video. It helps us resolve any claim about damaged, missing or wrong items quickly.

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we will contact you to re-ship it. Re-shipping is charged at cost; if you would rather cancel, we refund the order value minus the original and return shipping cost.

Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

We ship worldwide via express courier. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

Customs duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country, are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Parcels refused at customs are not eligible for a refund of shipping or duties.
